Candidates will soon be able to download SSC JE result 2023 from the SSC website which is ssc.nic.in. The SSC JE Paper 1 exam was held from 9th to 11th October 2023. SSC JE 2023 Exam

The Staff Selection Commission has concluded the SSC JE Tier 1 exam on 11th October. The candidates who appeared for the SSC JE exam from 9th to 11th October will soon be able to download the official SSC JE result from ssc.nic.in or the direct link that shall be updated here. The SSC JE Paper 1 answer key was already released by the Commission on 13th October. Hence, it is expected that the result for the same shall be announced by 15th November. SSC released the SSC JE 2023 notification for Junior Engineers in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying and Contract Engineering on ssc.nic.in on 26th July. 

SSC JE Exam Latest Updates

  • 2nd November 2023: SSC JE tier 1 result is expected to be released soon on SSC website. 
  • 13th October 2023: SSC JE answer key 2023 out
  • 12th October 2023: SSC has successfully completed conducting the SSC JE exam for tier 1 exam. The answer key for the same will be released soon. 
  • 4th October 2023: SSC has started to release the SSC JE application status and admit card on the SSC region wise websites.

SSC JE Result for Tier 1

Candidates who have appeared in the SSXC JE exam 2023 for tier 1 will soon be able to download the SSC JE result from the SSC website. As per the latest sources, it is expected that the result may be released by 15th November. The candidates who are declared successful in the SSC JE tier 1 exam shall be eligible to appear for  SSC JE Tier 2 exam which is descriptive in nature. SSC will also release the SSC JE cut off marks along with the result.

SSC JE Answer Key 2023 for Paper 1 

After the SSC has successfully completed conducting the SSC JE Paper 1 exam, the candidates will be able to check the SSC JE answer key 2023 from SSC website. Candidates will also be able to raise an objection against the answer key.

  • Upload the required documents in correct size and format.
  • Preview the application forma d proceed to pay the application fee.
  • Submit the application form and take a printout of it for future reference.

SSC JE 2023 Selection Process

The SSC JE selection process is a three stage process. A candidate who obtains the cut off marks in the written exam shall be eligible to appear for the next stage of the SSC JE recruitment process. The selection stages are as follows: 

  • SSC JE Tier 1: The first stage is the written examination that is objective in nature.
  • SSC JE Tier 2: The second stage is the descriptive paper that shall have subject-specific questions only
  • SSC JE Tier 3: Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination

The final selection, i.e. merit list for appointment of the candidates for SSC JE 2023 recruitment shall be based on the marks obtained by candidates in SSC JE Tier 1 and Tier 2. Candidates are advised to practice SSC JE question papers to get acquainted with the paper pattern.

SSC JE 2023 Exam Pattern

SSC JE Syllabus consists of General Intelligence and Reasoning and General awareness. Other than this, candidates are also required to have a thorough knowledge of Civil/Electrical/Mechanical subjects as it forms a crucial part of SSC JE Tier 1 and Tier 2 syllabus both.
